A Family Trade, Refined Floor By Floor
Couple Hardwood Floors started in 2015 with a simple idea: homeowners across New England deserved a hardwood contractor who showed up on time, communicated clearly, and finished what they started ā without the dust, mess, and stress.
Eight years in the industry before launching gave our team the depth to handle the toughest jobs: gap-filled century-old brownstones in Boston, water-damaged colonials in Portsmouth, herringbone restorations in Providence, custom stains for new builds in Portland. We took the techniques we trusted and built a business around them.
A decade in, our standards haven't changed: skilled hands, quality materials, dustless sanding, zero-VOC finishes, and clear pricing on every project. The floors we install today still look as good as the day they cured ā and most new clients come from neighbors of the last one, whether they're in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Maine.
